Most frequent questions and answers

Before your appointment we will let you know if you are required to bring any towels with you. Please arrive on time and bring your own face mask. If you arrive early, please wait until we call you inside. We will check that your temperature is below 37.2°C and ask you to sign in to our visitors book, after sanitising your hands. We will ask and trust that, if you have not cancelled your appointment before arriving, you agree that you have not come into contact with anybody who has displayed symptoms or tested positive with the Coronavirus, nor are you displaying any symptoms yourself. There is clear, printed signage on our doors and walls with regards to COVID-19, and when you enter our premises it will mean that you agree to the government restrictions set in place as per the gazette. 

From our side, we are taking extreme precautions, such as wearing appropriate PPE during specific treatments, regularly washing our rooms and hands, sanitising and staying socially distant as much as possible. We are committed to our own health and the health of our guests and staff. We hope that the measures we’re taking will help you to fully relax in our safe environment, just like before!

Your appointments are very important to us! They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to get treated! Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 requires you to cancel your appointment if you are showing any signs or symptoms related to the Coronavirus or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or is awaiting test results or is showing symptoms. The cancellation policy above does not apply to these cases.

We understand that you sometimes need to use your cell phone, but in the interests of harmony and cross-contamination, we kindly ask that you use indoor voices when talking on your cell phone, and please sanitise it on your way in!

We discourage children in the salon and would appreciate if you do not bring them. Any damage to furniture or stock will be charged for.

If you arrive late for your appointment your service may be shortened and/or not completed.
