How to reduce waxing pain

Waxing pain is something else. Some days it’s easier to handle than others! Here are a few tips on how to make your life a bit easier on your monthly appointment day…

1. Pop a couple of aspirin 45 mins beforehand – yes, they help with the pain but they are also anti-inflammatory.

2. Ladies, don’t schedule your wax right before your period.

3. Avoid working out and wearing tight clothing straight after your wax-your skin will be sensitive & prone to ingrown hairs.

4. Schedule your appointment between 3 & 5 pm – your pain threshold is highest at this time.
